Comfortable and modern two story home with bedrooms and ensuites down stairs and upstairs. Lounge, kitchen, dining room and study. Gas heater and air conditioning.
Close to Swan river and 5 minute walk to beach. Bus and rail transport nearby. We have two indoor cats who are well behaved needing to be looked after.
