About this house sitting position in North Haven

This position is now open again due to being let down by previous takers.
Our preference would be to be able to meet the house sitters prior to March.
We live in a 4 bedroom family home about 400 mts from the beach which can be accessed along a reserve that runs by the side of the house. The house is in a small court with 5 other houses. The garden is small but it does have a pool. There is a parents retreat that has its own w.i.r. and ensuite. Further down the house, where the house sitters will be staying, are 3 further bedrooms, house sitters will have the use of 2. This area has its own bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. There is also a separate toilet and laundry. There are 2 living areas, one with a large T.V. and sofa the other is the communal kitchen and living area, again with a large T.V. We are looking for someone or a couple who can look after our 7 yr old Blue Heeler who loves to be exercised on the beach.
No overnight guests while staying.
