About this house sitting position in North Haven

Our preference would be to be able to meet the house sitters prior to March. We are looking for someone, or a couple, who are going to be in most of the day, or at least not away for long periods of time.
We live in a 4 bedroom family home about 400 mts from the beach which can be accessed along a reserve that runs by the side of the house. The house is in a small court with 5 other houses. The garden is small but it does have a pool and a lawned area. There is a parents retreat that has its own w.i.r. and ensuite. Further down the house, where the house sitters will be staying, are 3 further bedrooms, house sitters will have the use of 2. This area has its own bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. There is also a separate toilet and laundry. There are 2 living areas, one with a large T.V. and sofa the other is the communal kitchen and living area, again with a large T.V. We are looking for someone or a couple who can look after our 8 yr old Blue Heeler who loves to be exercised on the beach and does need a good walk in the morning and a short walk in the afternoon if possible.
