We have a 5 bedroom home with garages for cars.
Our home sits on a 1/4 acre block with established gardens and an in ground pool.
We are at the foothills of the Blue Mountains, in a semi-rural village close to shops and beautiful walks along the Hawkesbury river. We are a short drive away from town’s of Richmond (5 minutes) and Windsor (15 minutes).

Requirements for our 11 year old Cocker Spaniel Callie: She is in good health, loves her food, enjoys walks and kind human companionship.
Callie is a gentle dog who gets along with other dogs, though being a senior she prefers to watch rather than play with them.

Requirements for the property include maintaining the lawns, watering plants and maintaining the pool (We can arrange professional pool service if needed).
