About this house sitting position in NORTH ROCKS

Looking for someone to house sit our 5 cats (all neutered/spayed) for approx. 5 weeks in our townhouse in April/May 2026.
The townhouse is in a secluded complex of 30 - with a bush outlook and a shared pool. The townhouse is split level - with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs is a large living area with kitchen, separate dining. There is an internal laundry and powder room as you enter the town house. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have been converted to home offices with Wi-Fi available. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are balconies both upstairs and downstairs with access to a small backyard from the downstairs balcony and gated access to the bushland behind the property. The cats are allowed onto the upstairs balcony only (when we are home) and not allowed onto any other outside areas.

The townhouse is close to buses and a 20 min walk to the local shopping centre. There is ample parking in the complex.
We would like someone who can feed the cats twice a day, give them love and pats, brush them and clean the cat litter boxes. Also a few house plants that will need to be watered.
