About this house sitting position in North Willoughby

We need an house sitter for our trilingual Cavoodle Maxie. English, Swedish and Espanol are his fortes, but he's keen to learn another language, particularly if it entails walking/food/ball words :-D

Maxie comes with a one storey, 3 bedroom, floor board semi in North Willougby. It's a cute little house with Harris Farm and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. Beautiful Willoughby park and off leash dog areas also nearby. Bus to city 1.5 blocks away - it takes 17 min on the 120. Chatswood shopping Mecca also close. 25 min to the beach with the car.

Maxie is a 9 year old Cavoodle that is used to two walks and meals a day. He's good with other dogs, loves people and is an overall happy camper. He's got the classic Cavoodle separation anxiety, but nothing major. He can be left alone if you need to head out, but I would love for him to have someone that isn't working very long days, or perhaps someone that has another dog for company?

Maxie is a balls devotee, : ) although a bit less so as he's getting older. He sleeps in bed (oh so spoilt!) and likes morning cuddles.

Maxie has so much character and love in him but he has one gremlin glitch - he doesn't like traffic lights - he wants to literally attack them and gets whiney. This is an absolute nuisance, but within our neighbourhood there's plenty of "plain" streets, so not too much of a bother. We take him on bush walks and to the beach, where he loves digging.

We would expect you to walk and feed Maxie twice a day, water plants weekly/when needed. Gardening should not be needed during the sit, unless your green thumbs got an itch to be productive!
