About this house sitting position in North Wollongong

We are looking for a house sitter for just over 3 weeks while we head to Japan.
The home is designed around solar passive principles and includes a well appointed kitchen and butlers pantry, resort style bathroom and large outdoor entertaining, firepit and grass area.
The home is centrally located near beach, shops CBD and train station. We also have unlimited nbn and multiple streaming services.

We have a 1 year old German shepherd who will need looking after. He is pretty chill and friendly, and will just need to be walked and given attention. I can book him into day care a couple of times a week as well so he can get some exercise and socialisation.
We also have 3 chickens that need tending to every couple of days to check food and water

The only other duties would be to water the indoor plants and occasionally water the gardens if there hasn't been any rain.

We will be available the email if there are any problems and also have an excellent relationship with our neighbour who is good with the dog and chickens if there are any issues.
