About this house sitting position in Northcote
We live in a newly renovated 2 bedroom single level villa unit which backs directly onto a secluded park (it's right outside of our back gate).
It's a short walk to High St & Station St shops, cafes & restaurants, plus a short walk from a train station with a 25m trip into the CBD.
The house has split systems throughout with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. It had two toilets and a bathtub.
There are extensive riverside walking trails nearby as well as Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre with several swimming pools, spas, saunas etc.
Our dog Daisy needs 2 walks a day (or if you're short on time, just throw a ball for her in the park outside our back gate) and our indoor cat Milo is very low maintenance.
It's a delightful inner-city home with everything you need at your fingertips.
