About this house sitting position in Northcote (Westgarth)

We are looking for a sitter to look after our Siberian cat Pixie over the Christmas break. Our house is a 2 storey townhouse, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, newer build in Westgarth (southern end of Northcote) with excellent public transport (train, and a tram line on either side of the train line), close to High street shops, parks, Westgarth Cinema, walkable and lots of nearby bike paths. Fitzroy Pool is a short tram ride away and the new Northcote pool has now opened. There is slab heating downstairs and split system heating/cooling upstairs. Parking available in front of the house and off street parking behind the garage accessed via a laneway at the rear of the property. Espresso machine in the kitchen.

Pixie is fed twice a day and let out into the enclosed back courtyard for short periods each day. There is a small garden at the front that may need watering depending on the weather, as well as some pot plants in the rear courtyard that may need watering also. Pixie can be left alone inside while you go out to explore the local area, go to work or do whatever it is that brings you to Melbourne.
