About this house sitting position in Northern RIVERS

Northern Rivers Coastal area.
We have an older 3 bed home with one bathroom. The house is welcoming and is clean and tidy. Set in a small village 5 mins drive to a good walking beach, 10 mins drive to a coastal town with all conveniences (supermarket, chemist, cafes). You will need a car to enjoy all the sights and beauty the region has to offer.
There's space to sit and relax outside and comfy couches to relax on inside.
We are very clean and tidy people and are looking for someone the same. We cook predominantly vegetarian food.
We have one indoor cat, so we are looking for someone who LOVES cats. She loves to sleep, rest near you and be around you but is a bit of a "museum piece" and prefers to be admired and loved but not overly handled 🤣. She has a set morning routine, rests and bird watches during the day, then has a set evening routine and sleeps all night. She loves company and enjoys having someone at home to chat to her. We are a quiet, homebody family, so she is use to a gentle routine. You would need to be home every evening to look after her evening dinner etc. She's fine to be alone during the day if she's had her breakfast etc.
We have helpful and kind neighbours if you need advice or assistance.
We are looking for a quiet, loving, gentle female - our cat prefers ladies. Strictly, no drugs or smoking.
If you enjoy listening to the ocean from your backyard, reading/crosswords, watching birds, having a walk on the beach, a wander around the local towns and sites, quiet night in relaxing this is the house for you. We need someone fairly often, so if you enjoy the area and our house, we'd love to have you regularly. We can be a bit flexible with our departure/return dates.
