About this house sitting position in Northgate

Our home
Three bedroom townhouse with undercover outdoor area. Downstairs is a large open living loungeroom and kitchen with toilet/laundry. Large tv with all the streaming channels.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom converted into an office. The master has a king bed & TV with access to streaming channels. The bathroom is located upstairs.
Plenty of on-street parking available in front of the house.
5 min drive to local supermarket. Lots of lovely walks and parks close by. 20 mins drive to the city. Very safe and comfortable area. Neighbours are home often.

Our Pets
Wally is a 6 month old golden retriever. He is very friendly and absolutely gorgeous but still a puppy so can be a little silly at times! He goes out for a walk every morning, we take him to the park and throw the ball around. He is pretty good off lead although does love to go and say hello to people and other dogs! I work from home so am home often and would prefer someone who can be around most days. Trips out are totally fine, he can be left alone for up to 7 hours outside. Wally sleeps in a crate in the bedroom at night. He is happy in there and will go in around 10pm and then wakes up between 6.30am-7am.

Tilly is 6 years old cat. She was a rescue cat and she takes some time to warm up to people. She tends to be more fond of women. She will display signs if she does not want to be touched. I usually advise people to let her to come to you. Tilly does not need a lot just daily kitty litter changes (I usually do it once in the morning and evening as she likes it clean!) and food daily. She only eats one type of dry food. She can usually be found lying on the spare bed under a blanket or under the bed!

They get on fine but we have baby gates on the stairs so we can restrict upstairs access when needed. Tilly's domain is upstairs and Wally has downstairs although Tilly has started coming down more. I let Wally up during the day as I work in the office. He goes outside when we are not home and is fine outside with toys and a treat. We also have a baby gate on the bathroom so that Tilly's food and kitty litter is not eaten by Wally (he will eat anything!). Read more...
