About this house sitting position in Northmead

Cat- nanny for Vincent Cat ! You can stay in an old heritage character home in Northmead, older part of Sydney up in the Hills District. Shops, buses, trains, parks and amenities nearby.

There are two bedrooms to choose while you stay. Kitchen has gas stove and appliances for your use. Shower and toilet are in the same room. ( Showers only, please do not use the bathtub) .

You can park your vehicle up the driveway safely. Do not park it on the lawn under any circumstances.

Vincent Cat is a beautiful smokey domestic who was rescued from a street in Strathfield in 2024. He loves affection plus ball games in the bath and out in the big backyard. Vincent can get very upset when I am not home at night with him. He is independent but needs reassurance that someone is in the background to keep him safe. He sleeps in his own bed at night in the lounge or in my bedroom.

I am looking for a responsible cat sitter who will play with Vincent on occasions and ensure he is kept inside at night. He prefers to toilet himself outside in the morning as well so there's no so much toilet waste to clean up because Vincent is very clean as a cat.

The house-sitter must not smoke, use drugs or drink alcohol in the house. No candles or flammable materials may be used in the house as this is a fire hazard and the house is wooden.

The house sitter should ensure Vincent is let out early in the morning around 7 am to toilet himself. He goes off by himself out the back yard and comes back at night sometimes.
Vincent must be shut inside around 8- 10 pm. He may hide at first because he can be scared of strangers. He is fed twice a day. Water dish must be changed every two days.

Litter box emptied onto the heap at the back of the yard after Vincent has used it.
