About this house sitting position in Norton Summit

We have a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a fully fenced property in Norton Summit in the Adelaide Hills, just 6 minutes up the hill from Magill and 25 mins from Adelaide CBD. It is close to lovely walking trails and local pubs and cafes yet also very secluded and a beautiful retreat away from the busyness of the city.

We have two cats (one indoor only and one who spends some time outdoors during the day) and a dog (kelpie x shepherd). We take our dog to off leash areas and walking trails occasionally but he is also happy just to have the run of the property (and the house). They are all very well behaved, loved and cuddly. We would like to find someone who loves animals who can care for them while we are away, while enjoying our property with them. Photo updates would be much appreciated.

We have a few indoor plants that will need watering, and depending on the weather, we may ask you to turn on our bore irrigation system, and/or mow/brush cut once during your stay, but otherwise there would be minimal maintenance required.

Note that we are on tank water and have a septic system, so you will need to be conscious of water usage and what goes down the drains, but otherwise it's not much different to being on the mains. Read more...
