Clean and tidy home in Nudgee, with two indoor only cats and 4 chickens.

HOUSE
2 story, brick house on 600 block. Recently renovated two bathrooms. Kitchen stocked with all utensils, equipment needed (blender, microwave, kettle, oven, fridge, storage space).
Outside entertainment area with fairy lights and outside fireplace for those chilly winter nights.
Fully enclosed chicken coup with fenced off yard they can free roam (had no issues past 2 yrs with dogs, snakes attacking them- very safe)
Wifi throughout the house and netflix streaming service.
Friendly Neighbours and an active community verge garden next door to the house.
Lots of parking in front of the house, would fit caravan or boat.

ANIMALS
Two rescue cats (1.5 yrs old) brother/sister called Basil (Boy) and Sybil (girl). Indoor cats only!! Very loved and affectionate kitties. Basil is high energy and loves to play fetch with his ball, he will run back and return the ball and be eagerly waiting for more. Affectionate boy who will lie upside down and will even enjoy a bit of belly pats. Will join you on the couch, especially during the colder climate. Sybil, our sweet girl is lazy, fluffy and lives for wet foods. She will sleep most of the time, with the occasional bursts of hilarious zoomies. Loves back/bottom scratches and can be very affectionate when she will most likely will sit close but not cuddle. Sybil unfortunately has a few health issues, where she has had 5, 30 second seizures (past 1 yr) where she can pee herself, be dazed and scared then very affectionate after. We have been to the vet for a full blood work up and nothing came up. Both cats are fully toilet trained, good at drinking water and live on a grain free diet of biscuits, wet foods and treats.

Chickens
We have 4 ladies, who are mostly retired. They have a nice home, with a fenced in yard for them to free roam. Affectionate ladies who will greet you when you come home and love the occasional leftovers.

Banyo/Nudgee area
Lovely cafes, few takeaway options, library, supermarket, bottle shop and chemist. Nice walks through waterholes, Cemetry and neighborhood. Nudgee beach 5 minute drive away, lovely place to disconnect and be by the ocean. Not for swimming, but great for walking, fishing and boating activities. Nudgee golf club in 5 minute drive away. Chermside shops is 10-15 minute drive away. Train station in Nudgee and Banyo which takes 30 minutes into Brisbane City. Great cycling to Sandgate/Redcliff mostly on bikeways the whole way.
