We have a 2 story very comfortable home set on 2 acres in a quiet neighbourhood on a dead end street. There is space for a caravan and boat as well as parking. We are looking for someone who can treat our home and animals like their own.
We have chickens for fresh eggs, 2 cats to keep you warm at night, 2 friendly dogs (a kelpie and jack russel), 2 aviaries, 2 goldfish, 2 sheep and 2 goats.
Our home consists of 4 bedroom plus study. 2 bathrooms (one indoor spa), 3 toilets. Multiple living areas and a wood fire to keep you warm (wood shed is full)
Modern kitchen, town water and sewerage.
Orchid and small veggie patch. Not a lot of garden to maintain, just a bit of mowing here and there.
30 minutes to phillip Island, shops, parks, beach, cinemas.
Walking/riding distance to the start of the great Southern rail trail and the V Line bus.
Day trips to Mornington Peninsula, Wilson's Prom and much more.
