About this house sitting position in O'Connor

We live in a quiet suburb close to the city center in Canberra in modern house with garden.
It has a small pool (low maintenance), a big undercover outdoor area.
The main reason we need a house sitter is our cat Tiger. She is easy going, allowed outside during the day. Tiger loves to be stroked while eating and might come for a snuggle in the evening/night. She is low maintenance and gentle and sleeps a lot, but loves people around.
Main living area is downstairs, just the master bedroom and one bathroom is upstairs.
