About this house sitting position in Oakbank

We are on a 0.5 ha block in a semi-rural area 3-4 km from Oakbank township with good neighbours nearby. Nearest shops, pubs and eateries are at Balhannah, 5km, and Woodside, 7km. House is 3br mostly on one level with spacious living area and large verandah. Laundry is on lower floor. The house is quite secure. We have two dogs who have plenty of room to run in the yard but like a walk outside the property regularly. They are well behaved and sleep indoors mostly. The property is a little bit out of the way but that is the beauty of it.
