Region: Melbourne - North West. We have a 3 bedroom bluestone house on 15 acres. 25 minutes north of Melbourne CBD in a rural setting Our home is situated 7.5 km north of Tullamarine Airport and 15 km from Sunbury. We are 10 minutes from Greenvale, which is our main shopping area. Our home has reverse cycle air conditioning, a pot belly wood fire in kitchen-living room (24/7), and a one acre garden. We have a beautiful 4year old brown labrador called Choco, who just loves to be with you. He loves to chase rabbits down in the paddock and through the garden, (sometimes he catches one). We also have 4 very spoiled chooks in a large chicken house. Animal requirements: - Playing with and feeding Choco (he has one measured feed per day), walking with him around the gardens a couple of times a day. Feeding the chooks once a day, checking and replacing their water and food (grain) as necessary and collecting and eating their eggs (usually 3-4 eggs a day). Hope you like eggs! Garden: Some hand watering of pots and some watering of specific garden areas.
