About this house sitting position in Ocean View

This is a rural area but is located only 50 km from Brisbane CBD, a thirty minute drive to the suburbs of Brisbane and a ten minutes drive to Dayboro. There is no public transport available and own private transport is a must. This house is on acreage but being winter time the property will not need mowing and the only requirement is keeping outside garden and house plants alive. The house is not connected to town water or sewerage reticulation. It relies on rain water collected in tanks which impose water usage awareness. It has an autonomous sceptic system which requires some extra care on what is disposed down the drains for its proper functioning. A knowledge on living in rural areas is an advantage. We do not have pets but we feed wild birds, which is optional. Because of the multitude of artwork, ceramic and nick-nacks about the house, this home is not suitable for young children.
