About this house sitting position in Officer

Located in Lincoln Place, over 50s lifestyle village, in Officer, the home is a comfortable, easy to care for 2 bedroom unit with a small garden and patio in the back yard. It has a large shower but no bath, a small study and an open planned living, dining and kitchen area.
I have 2 pampered labradoodles, Flossie a 3 legged female 13yo and Jett a 5yo male scamp. The dogs have grown up in a dog obedience club and are well socialised although obedience depends on their mood. They love people and are excited to meet other dogs.
Officer is a south-eastern outer suburb of Melbourne, set between Berwick, Beaconsfield and Pakenham. Numerous small and large shopping centres are a short drive away. Kangaroos and kookaburras can still be seen close to the village when I walk the dogs.
Due to living in the lifestyle over 50s village, I would prefer an older single or couple person/s. I would ask that smoking be only on the patio and not inside the home.
I will be travelling overseas and may not always be contactable so I don’t require daily updates. I will be leaving for the airport early afternoon Thursday 29th October and return around midnight on Friday 6th November but can arrange for a neighbour to provide a friendly welcome and farewell if necessary.
