About this house sitting position in Old Bar
Looking for a Christmas beach getaway with some furry friends? Here's the place for you!
My partner and I are away visiting relatives and need someone to care for our pets. We are taking the dogs with us but our two cats will stay at home.
Our home is in a little seaside town 5 minutes to the beach with lots of amazing surfing, hiking, bike riding, fishing and boating all around us. Very low maintenance with three bedrooms in a "Coastal" style. There is public transport but limited - a car is required.
We have two Cats - "Tilly" and "Oscar" who are very friendly inside only rescue cats. If you feed Oscar you're automatically his best friend but Tilly isn't quite so easily fooled! Oscar needs some medications hidden his food but otherwise they are very low maintenance.
If you're looking for a beach getaway in a very low maintenance house with some friendly pets this is the stay for you!

Gillie is quite a big dog but is well behaved, obedient and great on the lead. Jasper is the quiet one but also great on the lead, both super easy to walk. Gillie loves to lean up against you, it's like he needs a rest from his big body. Jasper will do anything for treats lol. The cats sleep most of the day although Tillie will do her best to follow you outside.
We really enjoyed exploring the area and surfing some of the beaches nearby, walking the dogs and relaxing at Zac and Claire's comfy home. We definitely recommend this housesit.” - Read more
