About this house sitting position in Olinda

I have a beautiful home in Olinda on 4 acres overlooking the Warburton Ranges. My fur baby is Daisy and she is a 13yo Cavoodle.
I am going overseas for 5 weeks and need someone to stay with daisy while I am away.
I have an emergency contact if there happens to be a power outage that lasts longer than a few hours.
The house upper floor is 4bedrooms and accessable from the circular drive.
The house lower floor has a 2brm unit that is rented to another couple - there is a locked door between the levels and as there is a shared laundry you would need to communicate with them when you need to use the laundry.
There is a spa but given I would not be there to maintain the chemical balance I would not like it used.
