About this house sitting position in Orelia

We have a 3x1 house we moved into 8 months ago. It’s an older house that we are renovating but it’s got great character and ammenities. 1 out of the 3 rooms will have some boxes in there so won’t be very useful. 2/3 rooms have aircon (newly installed) and the living room has aircon aswell. Have a TV and PlayStation, aswell as a couple of streaming services.

We are animal lovers so have a few beautiful babies! Our cats are fully indoor, but we have an automatic litter tray so no need to have to scoop up their poop, just empty a bag every 1-2 weeks. We have a dog park walking distance from the house and we like to go there in the afternoons most days or when we can. We go to the big dog park, even though our dog is a small cockerspaniel. Do not expect this every day but would like atleast once a week if possible. As we have a big back yard our dog is pretty content stimulation and exercise wise. We give her wet food twice a day but for convience we are happy for substituting in some dry food. She is crate trained and very well behaved, but she is a cling on and loves affection and attention. She is good with other dogs but does very occasionally display resource guarding. We would love photos and updates on our gorgeous babies while away if that’s a possibility.

We have a big back yard around 750m2 and we have 5 very lovley duckies. They have an enclosure but we like to let them out to roam when we can. We like to interact with them but we don’t expect people to do that.

There is no garden care required aside from occasionally watering our potted lime and orange trees.

We live walking distance from many parks and trails, and we are luckily and an area full of nature. We are also a 5 minute drive to supermarket and shopping centre, 10/15 minutes drive from the beach.

We have lovley neighbours and a friend down the road for any emergencies or issues while we are away, though we will hopefully be contactful for majority of our trip. Read more...
