About this house sitting position in Ormeau Hills

We have a four-bedroom home all on one level.
A small pool, solar with own battery, tank water and septic system. We don't have pets. But plenty of wallabies in our back yard/hill.
The back of our home has a large deck which overlooks bushland and distant water views.
Would be useful to have a sitter with a little knowledge with pumps. However not necessary.
Everything is set up to run effortlessly. Very rural residential street with houses on one side only.
Just keep home as clean and tidy as you found it and no smoking.
Mowing and watering yard and watering and weeding garden also required.
