Large house in a cul-de-sac on 1.5 acres. 2 km from nearest small shopping centre. Has 15m heated pool and big new kitchen and recently renovated 4 bathrooms. There is a large covered patio where we often sit to watch the sunset and a smaller patio for breakfast coffee. We have a separate music room and a grand piano in the lounge if you like to play. The house is spacious with many rooms.
2km to M1 so easy access. Mid way between Gold Coast and Brisbane. Nearest beach is 11km on quiet road. Palm beach is 35 minutes, our favourite. Surfer's Paradise is a bit less. Theme Parks are about 12km. We are keen theatre and music fans and HOTA in Gold Coast and QPAC in Brisbane have many shows and concerts. The new Pimpama Olympic pool is nearby.
We are seeking dog lovers to care for our 2 Labradors blonde aged 6 and black aged 4. We have had over 7 house sitters and we have had very happy experiences. We would like you walk the dogs daily. There are nice walking areas from right outside the house. We also take them to the beach 5 times a week if you like you can do the same we will leave you our car a Honda CRV.

The property is two storey but we have the master bedroom on the ground floor. Shops theme parks beaches and Scenic Rim nearby We are a very active retired (Mike) and semi-retired (Christine) we take the dogs to the beach for walks and ball chasing most days and we have lots of open easements around for country style walks.
