Our much loved home is a place of sanctuary with surrounding garden spaces which invite you outside. The green canopies of the shade trees invite the cool bay breezes to flow through the home providing much needed fresh air circulation.

A two-level home, most living spaces, bathroom amenities and the attached studio are at ground level while all 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Internal timber return stairs with timber handrails have 14 wide timber steps to climb up to the mezzanine level leading on the right to 3 bedrooms; a central bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The extra large Main bedroom with a W.I.R., ensuite has access to an adjoining rear large balcony on the other side of the stairs, along the mezzanine hallway.

Without animals to care for, being in residence your focus will be to provide security to our home and to regularly monitor garden watering systems to ensure watering is keeping moisture levels to all planted areas as needed.
Lawns need to be watered if rainfall is limited. Lawns when mowed should be cut at the highest level to prevent moisture loss.

There are smart watering systems set up for both front and back gardens (with bases inside - the front garden base located on the right front lounge wall; the back garden base located in the front wall inside the garage ) which report in real time to our phones the daily weather and rain conditions to manage versus the need for self watering. Straddling garden spaces and the sides of pathways plus outdoor living spaces under covered patios front and back there are many pots which require regular monitoring and manual watering.
