About this house sitting position in oxley vale/ tamworth

Dates can be adjusted to either a shorter stay or a bit longer if required.

Mature house sitter to look after 3 x cats, with timid dispositions, do not like being handled, as they have had limited socializing with strangers. Cats are indoor only.

My apologies no children please as the cats are used to quiet surroundings.

The mother cat Cum-Cum is approx 16yrs old and her 2 daughters Evie & Milly are just over 8 yrs old. Will need litter trays emptied 3 to 4 times daily, fed morning and evening. None of the cats like being picked up but may accept some pats from strangers. The 3 girls will hide and again do not like being held but with patience may come for pats etc. when they get used to you they can be very chatty.

House has reverse cycle air-conditioning and dishwasher. Our spare room has a queen size bed.
The lawn and a few pot plants will need watering. We can organize for the lawn to be mowed if a long sit.
There is a Coles, Chemist and Aldi just down the road, also a couple of corner shops, with a straight run to the main street taking only a few minutes by car. There is a bus service that drives past Monday to Saturday.

There is lots to do in and around the Tamworth area, walks in the hills and around the Peel River, there also some lovely parks including a Marsupial Park and the Botanical Gardens. A drive out to Nundle to the woolen mill may also be of interest.
There are also a number of Dams around the area for water sport enthusiasts.
this sit includes the country music festival dates if this is of interest. During country music the bus goes past on Sundays as well.

Driveway has an incline of about 11deg. Garage parking, roller door opening size 2500H 2650W approx 6700L, can accommodate a small caravan/camper if needed. Read more...
