Duplex near the beach, public transport and all you wish for near the beach. Its a 3 level home, and 2 levels above for you with verandahs to catch the breezes and a green, small back yard with herbs and plenty of organic green leaves. A separate granny flat downstairs with a friend staying sometimes. Also ,with "Jonny" , easy going, doing his thing, all indoors, while he gets fed twice daily.
