About this house sitting position in Palm Beach

I'm looking for the right person (or couple) to live in my beautiful beachside home and look after my big sweet 4 year old Bull Arab while I'm overseas for 4 weeks over Xmas/New Year.

I have a spacious one bedroom unit in a quiet street in the best location! 400m from the beach and 15 minute walk to Tallebudgera Creek. It's on the first floor with one flight of stairs and no lift.

There's no yard, just a lovely balcony, so it would need to be someone who is flexible with their work or works from home, as Lincoln would need to be let out after 6-7 hours.

Although he is extremely well behaved, he is a big boy (42kg), so would be best suited to someone strong, or has experience with large dogs. He is very gentle & affectionate, super quiet (does not bark!), and no aggression. He needs a good walk in the morning and then a couple more shorter walks. He is pretty chilled throughout the day, but he'll always take more outings!

My usual dog sitters adore him but are unavailable at this time. I have very helpful neighbours with him too.

“I had such a wonderful two-week house sit for Renee and her gorgeous boy Lincoln in Palm Beach! Lincoln is a big, playful, cuddly and beautifully behaved Bull Arab with a gorgeous personality. We did 2-3 walks a day, and because he’s such a strong boy, you need a bit of confidence on the lead. If you get the chance to take Lincoln swimming… DO IT! 😂 I’ve never seen a dog so enthusiastic about the water. He absolutely comes alive at the beach and is glorious charging into the ocean. It’s clear Lincoln and Renee are both serious ocean lovers. Renee was lovely to deal with. Warm, friendly, open and a great communicator. Her gorgeous beachside apartment made the stay extra special. I loved my time with Lincoln and would happily sit for them again 💛🐾”

He is the sweetest little boy: incredibly affectionate, well-behaved, gentle, and full of love. We honestly carry him in our hearts. Communication with Renee was always easy and fluid. We sent updates every couple of days and everything felt very natural and trusting from the start.
