About this house sitting position in PALMVIEW

We are a couple in our late 60's that live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of Brisbane, Qld and have no children but 2 incredibly spoilt pets (who are now our children):
Elvis (just turned 5 year old Tri coloured King Charles Cavallier ) and Bowie, a 12 month old Chocolate Tri King Charles Cavallier with the most amazing green eyes.
We are looking for a couple that is retired to come look after our furry children and home from 11 November to 5 December 2026.
We have booked our trip so dates are set but because we live in such a great place we are more than happy to have housesitter come earlier and stay later to enjoy all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
This wouldn't be suitable for young families or people who work (except from home) as Elvis and Bowie are used to having some-one home.
We keep both dogs in at night, but they can use the doggy door during the night if required. They are both extremely friendly and affectionate and really love attention.
I've included a photo of our house, front and back, and Bowie and Elvis and the front bedroom (which will be your queen sized bedroom.) It's a 3 bedroom home with an office and a lovely garden, front and back for the kids, Elvis and Bowie. We have fabulous older neighbours who are very active and have formed great friendships since moving here. The home has; computer, wifi, TV, queen and double beds, Air-conditioning and fans. Being on the coast we usually get good breezes and airflow so airconditioning and fans are rarely used. We also have a double garage. The home is very secure, security doors and lockable windows, and is in a good neighbourhood. The local shopping centre is only 6 minutes drive away and we have loads of different types of restaurants close by. We are also only about 10 - 15 minutes away from Maroochydore and the beach. All other beaches are then just a short drive from Maroochydore which has a huge shopping centre (Sunshine Plaza) which caters for everything from shopping, movies to dining. Our house is an ex display home and we moved into this house just over six years ago. We are about 1.5 hrs to the centre of Brisbane and about an hour to the International Airport. We also have a local airport here at Maroochydore which is approximately 10 minutes away. There are heaps of different markets at various locations and there is a local bus.
There is also plenty of entertainment around.
