About this house sitting position in Palmwoods

We are looking for a quiet, mature and responsible female to stay at our home and mind our two dogs.
Palmwoods is a small country town around 20 minutes from the beaches of Maroochydore and 20 minutes from the lovely hinterland town of Maleny. The town has a few good pubs, bowls club, cafes, good coffee, a bus stop, and a train stop all within walking distance from the house.
This home has an open-plan living space, plenty of natural light, a smart TV, a strong internet connection, good shower water pressure, the yard is fenced, and security screens. There is a fantastic back deck where you can watch the Montville ranges and bbq on the Weber.

Honey and Bella are a bonded pair of dogs and Bella the labrador has special needs. For everyone's comfort and happiness, the pet sitters would need to be mindful of the requirements of caring for an old labrador (13+ years) with mobility issues who LOVES to be inside with people and who has an exceptional body clock - she rises at dawn to demand breakfast. We have installed a ramp at the front of the house that she uses instead of walking the back stairs when her hips are playing up. The second dog is a lovely 3-year-old rescue kelpie cross tripod dog (Honey) who is a sweet and very enthusiastic dog that functions beautifully in a relaxed and sleepy house. They chose to be mainly inside (with access to the outdoors) throughout the day and sleep through the night in their own beds in the lounge room.
