About this house sitting position in Palmyra

I have a fairly small (125 sqm) three-bedroom/one and a half bathroom villa, which is one of three in the complex. Light cleaning and cleanliness required.
Neighbours are friendly and it’s a lovely, leafy suburb with plenty of close walks and parks. Only 9 mins to Fremantle and excellent public transport.
There is a small garden each side of the driveway which will need retic switched on/off 2days a week, as it keeps going, if not manually operated. A little bit of hand-watering, sweeping leaves and weeding too. The back garden is small also and retic. covers most of it, except one curry plant. Sweep and weed too.

However, the main reason I need a house-sitter is for my two beautiful little rescue cats. They are quite tentative.
In fact the black one, Baloo, is terrified of his own shadow. And he has an overeating habit, so we restrict his food intake by ensuring he doesn’t steal Felix’s food. He can’t be approached too quickly and he won’t be picked up by anyone.
Felix, the Tuxedo kitty, is a little bit more cheeky. He can occasionally be picked up when he gets to know you but will wiggle and cause a fuss. When he gets comfortable with you, he will sit on your lap and watch the 75 inch TV with you lol. He loves to do zoomies. They are fed 2 times a day (flexible times).
They have access to the backyard through the catflap and are fully contained by netting which goes all the way around the backyard. They will occasionally howl because there are some feral cats that come visiting at night. It’s mostly Felix who thinks his Lord Protector and I just shout at him through the window! Haha.
This time I am looking at 12 days away including Easter. But if we are happy with your stay, I plan other holidays, so we would book other times that suit your schedule.
