We are looking for housesitters with their own caravan or motorhome to provide security for our home, monitor the saltwater pool, mow the lawn and water the fruit trees and gardens while we are away travelling. Single level home on flat 860m2 suburban land. Quiet street with long term neighbours. Dedicated weather proof parking area for up to 23' caravan or motorhome is available. Height limited to 3m high. Access to laundry, bathroom, fenced back yard, large undercover cover patio, saltwater pool and back gate to adjoining 8 acres of public parkland. No household internet. Sitter must have previous experience with saltwater swimming pool. No pets to mind. We need a sitter who can commit to the whole time. References are required and we prefer to meet before agreeing to the housesit.
