Cozy one bedroom Riverside Apartment and Sweet Senior Maltese – Parramatta

We’re looking for a caring, calm pet sitter to stay in our modern one‑bedroom apartment and keep our beautiful 17‑year‑old Maltese girl company. She’s gentle, quiet, sleeps a lot and loves having someone around most of the time, so this would really suit a homebody, someone who works from home, or a relaxed retiree.

The apartment has spectacular 180° views over the Parramatta River. It’s bright, quiet and comfortable, with:
- King-size bedroom with built‑in wardrobe
- Separate home office area/lounge room
- Modern open‑plan kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave
- Air conditioning, internal laundry
- Large private balcony

You’ll also have access to resort-style facilities: indoor and outdoor heated pools, spa, sauna, gym, BBQ areas and landscaped gardens. Step outside and you’re moments from Eat Street, Riverside Theatres, cafés, restaurants, Parramatta CBD, Westfield, trains, light rail and the Rivercat ferry.
