Ground floor, front facing unit in small, friendly group of six. Two bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with double bed) living room, bathroom and kitchen. Air-conditioning/heating split system. TV. wifi. 1 carport covered space for parking. Bus to Adelaide CBD is a two minute walk. Walking distance to Pasadena shopping centre. Fifteen minutes drive to Glenelg Beach and only a few minutes drive up into the hills. Street is lovely, full of trees and birds. The two bedrooms overlook the communal front garden. I need my two cats cared for. Both are easy, low maintenance older cats. Feed morning and evening. Kitty litter needs changing every few days. They have a cat door so they can come in and out. There is a (very) small, secure back yard. George (old man ginger) and Merryweather (sweet black cat) are friendly and sleep mostly. They keep to themselves but might let you pat them if you're lucky :)
