About this house sitting position in Pearce

We have an open and airy 4 bedroom home in the leafy, quiet suburb of Pearce, ACT. We share the space with 2 cats (Kali & Sly) and 4 chickens. The yard is low maintence and we have solar power and hot water with electric reverse cycle AC in the main living space. We are within walking distance to local shops with Westfield Woden 5 mins drive. We have a single garage and space for a small van.
We're looking for a responsible couple or single that is happy to be a sitting cushion for the cats in the evening and general servant during the few moments they bother to spend with us during the day (open door, close door, feed treats, get out of my way...that sort of thing!). The chickens provide copious amounts of eggs and request only water and a feed in the mornings. There are some potplants to water every 2 days both indoors and out. The lawn may need a mow every few weeks, although less so during winter. We have easy care wooden floors throughout most of the house and a robotic vaccuum cleaner named "Robbie" - although, he is temperamental and prone to getting stuck! There is ample natural light in the house and warm Roman blinds that block the sun at other times.
