Ground floor fully renovated beautiful 3 Bedroom apartment with small garden areas. Complex has a pool and lift. Great location a minutes walk to shops, Tavern, Doctors everything on your doorstep no need even for a car. We do have 2 secure carparks which 1 will be in use.
Great complex, walking distance to Marina and restaurants. Gucci or beautiful little Pomeranian is 5 years old and very cuddly. He is a very well behaved dog and totally toilet trained. We are house proud and would really like someone who gets that and takes great care not only of the house but our little man.
We would still engage our house cleaner once a fortnight at our cost and you would live in our apartment rent free.
