About this house sitting position in Penna

Hi! I'm looking for a reliable, animal-loving sitter while I travel overseas from 2-12 June 2027.
My one-bedroom unit is in Penna, a quiet semi-rural spot near Sorell, about 25 minutes from Hobart and close to the beaches at Dodges Ferry and Seven Mile Beach. As there's no spare room, the sit starts early on 2 June, when I head to the airport. Self-contained travellers (campervan or caravan) are welcome to arrive the evening before, and we can sort keys at the meet-and-greet.
The main job is caring for Lucy, my gentle 7-year-old Bull Arab cross. She's my constant companion and loves walks, cuddles and company, so I'm after someone who's home most of the day and evenings. Her favourite outing is a daily walk down to Penna Beach, just down the road.
There's also a fish tank that needs daily feeding and a quick check that the filter is running.
You'll have the unit to yourself and are welcome to relax and enjoy the area. I have Starlink, a heat pump and an xbox/TV. I'll leave clear care notes, vet details and a contact number. References are appreciated, and I'd love a quick meet-and-greet with Lucy beforehand. Read more...
