About this house sitting position in PENRITH

Looking for a house sitter (couples welcome/no kids/non smoker) for my rabbit Fluffy. July to early September. About 10 weeks.
I live on the 5th top floor of flat located in Penrith NSW.
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, balcony, gas stove top, electric oven, nespresso coffee pod machine, microwave, airfryer, large fridge. Foxtel. Flat is only 5 years old. Apartment gets full sun and is warm all day. Only noises are traffic and ambulance as hospital is across the road.
15 min walk to Penrith centre, Kingswood station
Under ground parking.
There is a new queen sized bed for you to use.
2 bathroom
Total of 3 rooms. 1 room is for the rabbit. Rabbit free roams the house. Litter trained, like a cat. Love chewing on cables. Fluffy is a bit scared of people. So she like to be on her own but feels safe with someone around at night. She sleeps most of the day. So don't expect her to run to you for pats and cuddles. All food required will get delivered, you will need to buy some veges from shops. All money spent will be 100% reimbursed.
