About this house sitting position in Penshurst
We live in a comfortable double-storey apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms/toilets located downstairs. Upstairs features an open-plan kitchen and living area, creating a spacious and relaxing living space.
The apartment is in a great location, only a 10-minute walk to Penshurst Station, close to Penshurst shops, and a short drive to Hurstville Shopping Centre.
We also have a friendly 1-year-old spoodle named Theo. We are looking for someone who loves dogs and is happy to care for him, including taking him for 2–3 walks per day (he especially loves going for runs). Theo is trained to use the grass area outside the apartment to relieve himself, so he will need to be taken out first thing in the morning and again in the afternoon/evening.
