Beautiful two story house that makes you feel like you’re on holidays every day. Big balconies up in the peppy trees, 5 minute walk to the main Peppermint Grove beach access with many other beach entrances on the Hardey Terrace side to explore.

Very low maintenance house. Downstairs is the guest room, guest bathroom and laundry if needed also. You’re welcome upstairs of course too! Beautiful place to hang out and a toilet and bathroom upstairs also.

Our 6 year old Russian Blue, Brie, is very friendly and will find any opportunity to sit and hang out with you. She is incredibly gentle and curious to get to know all guests to her home. She does venture out onto the back balcony only but downstairs outside is strictly off limits as she is an indoor cat. The only thing I will warn you about her is she’s been trying to dash out the entry door downstairs when she sees an opportunity - but happy to provide more information on that as well as her food and water needs :)

We have 2x Hermit crabs that should only need a water top up and possibly more food part way through your stay.

Only about 5 plants that need watering- very low maintenance.
