About this house sitting position in Peregian Springs

As the sitter I'd agreed to take of our dog and home had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances I am looking for another sitter.
We are travelling to Europe for 7 weeks from 9th May to end of June and we're looking for someone to house and pet sit.
We have a friendly greyhound who is 9 years old and needs walking twice a day.
Preferably, the house sitter would work from home or not be out every day as Possum is not happy being left for hours on end but that can be discussed.
We have a three bedroom house and a bedroom/study available for use by sitter. The garden is fairly low maintenance mainly requiring mowing. No vehicle is available for use but there is space in the driveway for your own vehicle.
A very friendly neighbour can help with any maintenance issues.
Our dog Possum is a 9-year old greyhound with a very gentle nature. She loves being around people but keeps to herself - she just likes to know you're there. She requires walking twice a day for 20-30 minutes and loves going to the beach for a walk.
