Beautiful, peaceful location in gated community in Peregian Springs. Short drive to Peregian Beach, Coolum Beach and Noosa. Spacious 3 brm townhouse, undercover patio and access to large 25 metre pool as part of the community facilities . 10 year old dog, Chilli from the RSPCA, not exactly sure of breed but very friendly and playful. Many walking paths and bike paths. Close to shops and restaurants.
