About this house sitting position in Perth

Our gentle, sweet German Shepherd needs company while we are away. Lila loves cuddles, cooked pumpkin and being a goofball. She is 18 months old, however we've only had her for four months. Prior to this, she spent half her life in kennels, which is why we're keen to have her stay at home while we're gone. She can be a little shy, she's not dog reactive and hardly barks. She's good on the leash and loves a run around the nearby park where there's a lovely community of other dog owners.

We have a clean and tidy 3x1 in Merriwa most of which has been renovated except the bathroom and kitchen. There's a good size garden and large patio for outdoor living. The property is secure and our neighbourhood quiet.

Your bedroom would be a very nice caravan, with access to power, heating, a comfy double bed. You'd have full access to the main house, kitchen, bathroom etc whenever you want. There's space for a caravan or campervan if you'd prefer to bring your own.

We're a couple of minutes drive to the freeway, 32 minutes off peak to the city by car, and there's a bus at the top of the street down to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre and Clarkson Train Station. Just 5 minutes drive and you'll be at the beach, ample shops, supermarket etc nearby. There's a big park just around the corner that we take Lila to once a day.

Other than that, there's not much in the way of gardening to do, the main thing is making sure Lila is a happy girl.
