About this house sitting position in Petrie terrace

Hi. We have a 7 month old border collie cross (Maggie) and an 18 month old indoor only cat (Moose) and are looking for house sitting from Jan 18 to 26 Jan 26 (taking over from another Mindahome sitter whose dates needed to shorten after the initial booking was made).
Animals get along fine.
House is an older, comfy but not newly renovated 3 br 2bath traditional workers cottage (single level living, under house almost full height) - air con, dishwasher, piano, washing machine and dryer. 200m from Suncorp stadium, bus stop, walking distance to The Barracks centre and Caxton st(Movie theatre, Coles, restaurants and bars +++). Large back yard with big deck overlooking it. Caravan type wall charger. Off street and on street parking. Hi speed internet, lots of streaming services. Mowing service comes regularly so only thing needed in yard is collecting dog bombs and checking the irrigation on pots is working.
Prefer to keep one bedroom closed and locked so two available for use.
House is not flash but comfy.
