About this house sitting position in Phegans Bay

We live in a treehouse style home, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood by the water. Our house overlooks the bay from the deck. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom a home office, a wellness room with a pull out sofa, a large kitchen and living room available for use. Downstairs is mid renovation so won’t be available for use, but is detached from the upstairs and won’t be worked on during your stay. We have two affectionate, hypoallergenic dogs and an indoor cat. Best suited to a single person or couple who are able to walk the dogs every day. Yard is fully secured for dogs to use. We have used mindahome several times, both as sitters and to find sitters and each experience has been great. Our place has available WiFi, Aircon, TV with streaming access, a range of kitchen appliances (including dishwasher) and a sauna that can be used. Our place is an 8 minute drive from Woy Woy town with a range of shops and train station, 12 minute drive from Ettalong beach and town, 14 minute drive from Umina Beach and town, and 15 minutes from Gosford.
