Located in the quiet private estate of piara waters, our home is recently built across the road from a park and in walking distance to local shops and cafes, only a short 20 minute drive from the CBD and 20 mins from the beach. Our home is a 4x2 with air-conditioning, double ensuite with an egg shell bath, spacious living and modern kitchen area and luxurious mediterranean inspired backyard with a plunge pool. Our home is low maintenance with artificial lawn out the backyard . Access to Netflix ,wifi , pool, bbq, garage , dishwashing and aircon is available for use. Our gardens and pot plants would need watering daily and we have two mini sausage dogs which are inside dogs and would require feeding and walking daily . general housekeeping would be expected to maintain the current cleanliness of the house .
