About this house sitting position in PINJARRA

We require someone who is fully self contained with their own caravan, however there will be the availability of an ensuite close to the van location with a small patio. Our home is set on 5 acres less than 5 minutes from the town of PINJARRA in a semi rural one road in/out community of approx 20 properties. Our property backs onto a large farm, is on a corner so no close neighbours. It is very tranquil, a lovely place to absorb nature and watch the blue wrens dancing in the garden.
Pinjarra is a lovely little country town with a Coles supermarket, a KMart Hub store, Dome, two Hotels and other small local shops. It is a 20 minute drive to the Coastal town of Mandurah.
We have extensive gardens with mostly native plants these will all be watered by automatic reticulation if needed, hopefully there will be some rain. There is a swimming pool which will require you to check the pump is working and the filter will need to be emptied each day. The chemical dosing is automatic.
There are a couple of sheep and Bella, a pet goat, in one paddock the waters will need to be checked regularly, not every day as it will be winter time. We have two geese, one rooster and 4 chickens these will need to have their feed checked every other day (automatic feeders) their water containers will need to be filled and cleaned each day.
