About this house sitting position in Point Clare

We have a three bedroom two bathroom ground floor roomy apartment with a patio and a bit of garden. The block is a secure block and in a very quiet area. There are no stairs. Our unit block is waterfront and has its own jetty. We have two small dogs. Hugo is a toy poodle. He is 16 years old and has all the anxiety of the poodle breed. He's deaf and is losing his sight. He sleeps a lot and loves a lap to sit on. He still loves his daily walks. Digby is a pug x Shih Zhu and he is 7 years old. Digby is an affectionate little dog and he also loves a lap but he's a bit solid and doesn't bend. Digby loves his walks also. They are not good with other dogs but love people and they think everyone loves them. They will suffer with suitcase anxiety when they see us packing to leave and whilst a sitter does not need to be with them 24/7 they will be less anxious if they have human contact most of the time. Digby has a strange habit. He watches TV. If you are someone who loves watching animal shows then this will be problematic for you as Digby will rush at the TV if any animal is featured for any length of time and especially if they are running. We are trying to train him out of this habit with treats for good behaviour but we know his limitations and could never try and watch "Muster Dogs" or the like. Our apartment is within walking distance to Point Clare railway station and to Aldi, a pharmacy, cafe, restaurants, bottle shop, doctors surgery, hairdresser and a short drive to Gosford and Erina.
