About this house sitting position in Point Cook

We are seeking a caring and reliable house sitter to look after our comfortable family home and our much-loved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel while we are away.

Our modern four-bedroom home is located in a quiet area of Point Cook and overlooks a picturesque creek frequented by swans and pelicans, as well as a large park with walking tracks. The home features three separate living areas, a swimming pool, covered alfresco entertaining area, gas heating, evaporative cooling, Wi-Fi and all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.

The location offers easy access to local amenities, with a supermarket and shops approximately 10 minutes' walk away and the main town centre less than 10 minutes by car. Werribee South Beach, Altona Beach and Williamstown Beach are all within 15–30 minutes, Geelong is approximately 45 minutes away, and Melbourne CBD is around 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. A train station is also just 10 minutes away by car.

Our dog is a friendly, affectionate indoor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who loves people, cuddles and being close to his humans. He enjoys short walks, relaxing around the house and spending time with his family. He has some dietary requirements and medication, but these are straightforward and full instructions will be provided. While he is happiest with company, he can be left alone for several hours if you wish to explore the local area or enjoy a day out.

We are looking for a non-smoking sitter who is experienced with dogs, will care for our home as their own, and provide our much-loved companion with the attention and affection he is accustomed to while we are away. Read more...
